Sacred Sexuality: Learning to Love and Be Loved

Yoga Hawaii is pleased to announce that Michael Mirdad is offering a very special three-day intensive on Sacred Sexuality during his July tour in Hawaii, July 18-20.
Michael's previous event at Yoga Hawaii was standing-room only and this deeper exploration promises to be fun, sensual, spiritual, educational and healing.
Please know that although everyone is encouraged to participate in the entire workshop, you always have the option of passing on any part that does not feel comfortable to you. Time will also be provided for those who choose to share more personal time.
This workshop has a few simple prerequisites: maturity, responsibility, and a desire to learn and share more about Sacred Sexuality. Please note that this is not a "couples" workshop, therefore you do not need to bring a partner but couples ARE welcome.
Topics include:
· The principles of sacred sexuality
· Letting go of sexual issues and inhibitions
· Increasing intimacy and connection
· Everything you ever wanted to know about orgasms
· Tantric exercises for awakening sensuality
· Taoist techniques for enhancing health & vitality
The following are a few of the primary reasons to attend:
• Spiritual (Divine) — Time is spent developing higher levels of consciousness and learning to see and feel the Divine Presence within each of the other attendees and within all things in life.
• Playful (Heart) — The workshop provides a safe, playful environment to experience the body and sexuality in their natural innocence.
• Educational (Mind) — Attendees learn a great deal about themselves, their body and techniques for enhancing one’s sexual experience.
• Healing (Emotions) — Heal issues, inhibitions, etc. related to intimacy and sexuality.
• Sensual (Body) — This event is a wonderful place to share safe, intimate time with others of like-mind.
Workshop fees
$650 if registering by May 1; $695 thereafter. Includes lodging in a special retreat on Oahu. If you're interested, please apply soon! A donation of $50 is requested towards food and supplies. Payment arrangements are available. But please note that once fees are paid, they are nonrefundable.

Thanks so much for the Dance of Love. I didn’t know what to expect, I only knew I was being led. As I stepped off the plane, it occurred to me that I was embarking on a journey very few others had made. Arriving a few days early certainly helped ease me into the workshop. I had a chance to get acclimated to the sanctuary; The feeling of having been with the same people before pervaded. I learned Love for self, how to follow my inner guidance, make better choices, and to enjoy each experience without controlling it. I also really enjoyed the energy work, breathing and toning exercises–especially the Kundalini breathing exercise. T–AL
When I did my morning meditation while I was in the workshop, I felt the essence about who I am, it is like I can see better than ever. And I have a better direction to serve humanity and share love. Wow! Having attended the Sacred Sexuality workshop a few times, I have to say that it only gets better. Before the workshop, I was struggling a bit with my body image and yet, once we began, my body image became nonexistent. I looked around the room and marveled at how beautiful everyone is. It was such a safe and loving environment that everyone was able to feel openly, move freely, and stretch their boundaries cautiously yet safely. This time, I was able to let go more easily and allow energy to flow freely through my body in such a wonderful, blissful way. The week I spent at your workshop really created some shifts in me (emotionally). I opened up and it felt sooooo good. I was able to pay more attention to other people's needs during the workshop and I felt more of a bond a connection with them. I was truly impressed with the workshop…The style, integrity, sincerity, playfulness, the safe space, and the love. In the past, I never really believed that I was beautiful when guys would say so, but after this I can really see how beautiful all women really are. I also feel more educated on how to be more sensual, loving, intimate, and open–and that it is okay to feel and let go and just be free (me).
