Special Vinyasa Flow class for Japanese-speaking students
An ongoing class taught in Japanese by Yoko Fleming

Yoga Hawaii now offers a weekly yoga class for Japanese-speaking students, both local and visiting. This vinyasa-style class is taught in Japanese by Yoko Fleming, RYT, and will be geared towards a mixed-level class. The class will include basic breathing techniques (pranayama) and some fundamental concepts such as bandhas (internal locks) and drishtis (gaze points), in addition to a wide range of asanas (poses).
Fridays, 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.
There is no preregistration required. Please wear comfortable clothes such as sweats, tights or gym clothes. Class begins on time. If you are driving, allow ample time to find parking in the municipal parking lot in front of our studio.

From Ala Moana Hotel: Walk to Kapiolani Blvd. and catch the #3 bus to Waialae Ave. & Koko Head Ave. After exiting TheBus, walk around the corner of Koko Head Ave. and up the stairs behind the Bead It store to our studio (look for our white signs w/ red letters). We're next to Native Winds on the second floor.
From Waikiki: On Kuhio Ave. take the #2 bus or the #13 bus; get off at Kalakaua Ave. and King St.; on King St. take the #1 bus to Waialae & Koko Head Ave; After exiting TheBus, walk around the corner of Koko Head Ave. and up the stairs behind the Bead It store to our studio (look for our white signs w/ red letters). We're next to Native Winds on the second floor.
